Deering’s Lefthanded Goodtime Deco openback with Scoop brings art deco style fingerboard inlays and peghead engraving to the standard Goodtime design. The scooped fretboard for easy play over the neck, makes it especially appealing to students of Old Time or Appalachian styles. Added special feature is a bronze powdercoat finish on the tailpiece, tension hoop & armrest. With its excellent tone and playability, the Goodtime Deco banjo is a great student banjo. It has a slender rock maple neck and a 3-ply violin grade maple rim with an 11 frosted head.
