The label simply says “Copy of Antonio Stradivarius” Made in Germany. In our estimation and from information provided by its previous owner, it is a German violin made around 1900 to 1920.
This violin has lots of character, charming features, and a robust and powerful sound. There are some cosmetic blemishes as one would expect from an antique instrument at this age. See pictures for details.
