“Say hello to my little friend:” this new violin, made by Romanian maker, Valeriu Badea named “The Scarface.” The violin is hand made from the finest European tonewoods, aged and seasoned. Thegorgeous one-piece piece maple back features a beautiful and pronounced tiger striping descending from right to left. The violin is a dark orange/brown, with yellow hints under strong lights.
The tone of the instrument has wonderful golden resonance,pure and warm overtones, with asmooth and gracefulpersonality. With it tasteful, yet pronouced antiquing, and it’s current proximity to Miami FL, Valeriu appropriately calls this one “The Scarface”
